Where do you service?


The Hampton Roads area of Virginia, including locations in Hampton, Newport News, Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Smithfield, Carrollton, Poquoson, Williamsburg, Yorktown, and Gloucester. (Our cast members are located throughout Hampton Roads. A mileage fee will be applied to your booking based on the performer's location; please view range at the bottom of our Packages page.)




How far in advance should I book?


Please inquire 8-16 weeks before your event for the most availability. Note that Saturdays are the busiest day of the week for events, and popularity among our characters varies.




What are the ages you accommodate?


Due to the interactive nature of our character services, the recommended minimum age for birthday children and their guests is three years.




Can boys come to the party?


Absolutely! All activities in our party packages accommodate both girls and boys.




Do I need to provide anything?


The princess will provide everything needed for the activities! The only thing the host must provide is a chair for the character and an open floor space where the children can sit. Please provide a tabletop area for coloring if you desire.




What is needed to secure my booking?


We require 1) a deposit (amount varies; 50% of the total cost is retained if the client cancels after booking) and 2) a signed copy of our booking contract to reserve your spot on our event schedule.




Can the character perform outdoors?


No, we require all party appearances to take place indoors (in a temperature-regulated space) for the safety of our performers and for the best experience possible.
